Of course, sometimes things happen. Mother Nature may decide to give a us little more rain, or you may change your mind and decide you want something done differently than originally agreed to. If that happens, we’ll give you a revised completion date and a new schedule.

Here’s the other nightmare story you hear about contractors. “The job cost twice as much they estimated.” To be fair, if you change the specifications during the job, the price will change. But we’ll give you a written contract detailing exactly what we plan to do and what your cost is before we start work.

The preparation, or “prep work,” is actually the most critical part of your paint job and the one no one ever discusses. We’ll walk you through every step of sanding, priming and generally preparing and protecting your surfaces. This is the single most time consuming part of the job. If it is done wrong, your paint won’t last as long or look as good. 

We'll use only top quality paint.

Obviously a painter could save money by buying cheaper paint or mixing in extenders. At Cecil we use only top quality paint like Pittsburgh brand. Even if it costs a little more for the paint, it doesn’t make much difference in the overall cost of the job. But it makes a big difference in how long it lasts and how good it looks. 

And we'll guarantee the work for 2 years or we'll repaint it free.

We will guarantee your job against fading or peeling for 2 years. 

And one more thing - Free touch-ups!

Not only do we guarantee our work, we’ll give you FREE touch ups for 30 days. This is especially valuable if you’re moving or remodeling. You always get those little nicks and dings that you have to fix. We’ll come back 30 days after our initial completion to do your touch ups.
